I have setup a printer on the Guest Wifi Network because I want Guests to be able to access it. However my computer on the main Connection is not able to access it.
Is there a way to change the VPN settings of the Guest Network so that Devices on the "Main" Connections can access them? I only use the Guest Network to provide an easy to share/change Wifi password, and do not need the VPN isolation right now.

Consumer grade routers like the G3100 have guest networks designed to be completely separate from the main network. If you want to create two separate networks but allow a device to be visible on both, you'll need a commercial grade router and the networking skills to properly configure it.
If you look for another router, look for ones with VLAN capabilities. VPN has nothing to do with this.
