Getting Fios for New Construction - Help

Hello,
So we recently purchased a new townhome which was finished being built over a month ago, but our new address is not recognized by Verizon or any other internet company I've talked to. I have spoken to a numerous CS representatives on the phone who just say they need to 'build' our new address in their system & it shouldn't take more than 48 hrs. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard back about anything. Now I've been waiting for almost an hour and a half on the phone and haven't spoken to a single human yet. This is incredibly frustrating. Our neighbors all have internet, I don't get it.
