I am grandfathered into a plan ..that all of a sudden got raised ..I don't qualify for the Verizon forward program because I am grandfathered in ..I have life line my bill was supposed to go down instead it went up 13 dollars .everytime I was chatting with someone it got disconnected ...taxes are 28 dollars when they were 10.
