Hello, I have been emailing the address since 2011 to request FIOS for our building. Sometimes I receive a response, most of the time I don't. Every now and then someone will call and say they wanted to reach out or check in or update me or something like that. They say they will email me complete information. No email ever arrives and I never hear from them again. I do not want to deal with anonymous email addresses or Verizon employees who call once and then vanish. This has gone on so long that the installer I originally spoke with has died. At this rate I am wondering whether I am most likely to get FIOS posthumously.

This is mostly a peer-to-peer forum. The building owner/management needs to work with Verizon.
If you want to talk to Verizon, consumers can reach them through Twitter, https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect, chat or phone.
If you are building management, hopefully one of the above channels can connect you with the right people within Verizon. If you are a consumer, you may want to contact your building management to find out what is going on. Some bulidings do not allow Verizon to install FiOS.
Good Luck.

Yes I'm the building owner. Attempts to reach "the right people within Verizon" have been fruitless. That's why I'm posting here, in desperation.

This forum is primarily peer-to-peer and end user focused.
Try https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect. It often gets better results that other support channels. Although I've no idea if they can help building owners.
The public, peer-to-peer forum on dslreports has lots of knowledgeable people. You might be able to get a useful pointer there.
