Help!!! - Need to delete a 2+ yrs old order that has been stuck and blocking my future upgrades

I've discussed this at length with chat associates and haven't been able to get anywhere.  

I would like to model out my plan upgrade and be able to compare it to my existing plan.  Unfortunately, there's an online order from 2+ years ago that never went anywhere and  seems to be stuck in limbo and it's preventing/blocking anything from happening on my account.  Please if anyone has any advice on who to contact? - customer service hasn't been able to do anything and I've tried escalating this to other teams and don't seem to be getting anywhere.
