I tried to fill out your form to figure out if I could get fios. The form told me that I had to call you to figure out if there was a fios option for me. I called. Now I've been on hold for long enough to walk a mile
to meet a friend, look for a feedback form for your customer service online, conclude it you make it really hard to provide feedback, try to post to your forum, set up a forum account, get the confirmation code to confirm my account, and type this. I'm hanging up now and staying with Comcast, apparently.

I hate to say this but all that waiting and calling was unnecessary. If you went to the Fios website. Google for it but I used http://www.verizon.com/Fios
and then you enter your address in the "is Fios available " it then shows the services you can sign up for. Going this route gives you an order opportunity. The good thing is ordering online avoids the $90 install fee, it also gives you the price in advance and you will need to go through a credit check to get service installed.
After all this is done you will get multiple emails saying by what date the service will be on, the type of equipment you will be using and your account number and other account particulars. A very easy process.
Always remember you are not the only person wanting the service. If you don't want to wait you will have to use Comcast.
Good Luck
