I pay for 1 gig but my internet speeds are 45 mbps about 50 feet from the router (in my office) and 500 mbps within 8 feet of the router. I tried to call Verizon and have been on hold for ALMOST 90 MINUTES. I work from home and had to clock out and use my PTO because Verizon is not working as advertised. My services were just installed a month ago and I regret switching from Comcast. Has anyone had this issue?
