When I switched my FIOS service in October 2022, I was given a bundle discount of $35.99 (Verizon Freedom Essentials Bundle Discount). It was working fine until this month, February 2024, at which time it was removed from my bill without notice. I was told the bundle discount would extend forever and there was no end date. I even checked last month's statement to confirm it was not expiring. What happened? Technical support is sooooo bad, I really don't want to call them. In Octotber 2022 it took 5-6 calls to get them to change my plan and have my bill reflect what was quoted on the phone. Any advice is appreciated.
