Home Internet issues for MUltiple weeks!

Is there any way I can contact a real human who can actually help?

Moved to home in Aug 2023, installed Fios. We’ve noticed we had worse connection issues that our previous home just 6 mins away. We tried to troubleshoot multiple times until I finally reached out to Fios customer service.

I’ve spoke to 4 bots and  maybe 5 humans. While troubleshooting w/customer service for the 2nd week-  running in and out the house to follow the instructions on what to do w/ONT and then router- Turns out tech left the same box from 2017 (that was installed outside in all the elements). I found bug eggs and lots of debris with box halfway closed. When I opened it, the brittle plastic crumbled in my hand. Told the tech, he said he would send someone out asap- that was Tuesday the 12th. No one called nor showed up all week. Our internet goes out intermittently EVERYDAY!  

We have been w/Verizon for many years, but I can honestly say, it’s time to move on because their customer service (thats  completely reasonable not  some insane request) has been absolutely subpar—> borderline severe security concern  when so many accepts of homes are now WiFi connected.
