Home Network Protection - Unable to manage, turn on/off, in My Verizon App

For months I have not been able to do anything with Home Network Protection. I enrolled in March, and there is no way to manage via browser, or Router gui, and the My Verizon App gets error after error just trying to access. I just want to remove it completely. Any ideas?
