This is the second time my internet goes out in the same week. I had this service installed less than a week ago and within 2 days of install we had no service the tech came and "fixed " now it's another 2 days from the tech Visit and we have no Internet again. This has been the worst experience with an ISP I have ever had they don't actually fix things and now we don't have internet again. We are here aimlessly waiting for a tech who isn't going to show up and rescheduled for tomorrow
