I have spent over 10 hours just trying to get my internet fixed then an extender to work and my set top box to work. I have been disconnected on chat multiple times, only to have to explain the whole thing again and say all the steps I did, to be told to do the same things again! I have been transferred to tech then to customer service then back to tech just to get a set top box activated that I wasn't really looking for but the customer service person had recommended. This is just unbelievably unacceptable. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I am honestly thinking I need to see what else is out there. I would like to submit a formal complaint. This kind of customer services is awful.
