I WANT to stay w/ FiOS, but its been impossible to change my service

I was able to downgrade my service to 50MB from Gig after having turned in my gear at the local, not been able to cut off service on My Verizon, and called about two dozen times, often not making connection, but also getting cut off, no "callbacks" happening, etc.

All we want to do is lose the Cable TV. But, after reading the Xfinity propaganda, am thinking of giving them another chance. u$40 for 150G?

Ironically, when was on hold for sorting out FiOS stuff, was able to to thru mail that I'd usually tossed. Xfinity stuff was in there. HA!
