My experience with Verizon Fios internet service was very disappointing. I encountered poor customer support, repeatedly receiving the same ineffective solution despite multiple calls. Additionally, they informed me that a technician visit would cost $150, which felt excessive. In my last conversation, a representative named Chris argued with me instead of offering any help. Ultimately, they could only suggest a paid technical support request, which was frustrating and unhelpful
