A Verizon tech came out 3 times ran loop tests and found that I am now 18,400 ft from the office and now too far to receive 1.5. I can understand that but why did I get 1.5 for 5 years?
Just the fact they dispatched out 3 tehcs tells me they must see some trouble on the line. They say dsl works fine at 18,000 ft, but i've seen it work **bleep**her with ideal circumstances. When the tech told you how far you were, did they also run a speed test with their equipment that shows what speeds they are currently recieving?
