I have been trying since 7:00pm this evening to pay my bill online and I can't!
I went in to an actual Verizon Building a month ago to sign up. They took my credit card and asked me if I wanted to have it automatically deducted every month and I said yes. I assumed that it had been taken care of and that I no longer needed to worry about logging in each month to pay. When a few weeks went by without a bill, without an email notification I got worried.
So, I logged into the verizon site that my installer mumbled something to me about and NOW I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. It claims that I need to pay by November 25 (three days from now) for the amount I thought I'd already paid for! So, I've attempted numerous times online to pay for this and have been denied. Then I tried to call in and pay for it despite the additional cost to do it over the phone-they don't recognize my telephone number or my account number. It's almost like Verizon wants me to accrue a late fee!
How can I not be recognizable via my account number nor my telephone number. Both of which would have been needed for installation and sign up!
I'm can't find a number to call ANYWHERE on the site. When I'm taken to the contact us site it just asks me to put my zip code in OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN and takes me nowhere else.
I'm on the verge of tears and I'm already hating this. I JUST SIGNED UP NO LESS THAN THREE WEEKS AGO! I'm a good customer, I always pay on time. This has been an awful experience from beginning to end..I was given wrong information and then when I'm directede to the site I'm given wrong information or NO INFORMATION AT ALL!
Please, dear god someone contact me so I can give YOU MY MONEY!! Please!!
