IPv6 on Static IP

I have just "upgraded" from residential Fios to business in order to get a (single) static IP.
I have a non-Verizon router (FRITZ!Box 4060) and the only changes I made to it were to input the new static IP, gateway and DNS addresses.
Previously I had IPv6 working fine but now it has disappeared and is "unavailable". IPv4 works ok.
I am in Leesburg VA.
Does this mean IPv6 is not yet available here for business, or have I done something wrong ? It seems surprising that if it was available for residential with dynamic IPs but not business.

IPv6 SLAAC and PD is only available to residential and business dynamic addressing accounts.
Static address-accounts are excluded from IPv6 at this time.
So IPv6 does include business accounts, but not the one you have.
