Called Verizon services ce to report a fallen tree resting HEAVILY on the telephone and fiber-optic cables that carry my service. Tree is across the street and up the block on vacant land.
CSR’s response was “what are we supposed to do about it? We don’t have a tree removal team”. I gave up.
Yeah, like Verizon has never had to deal with trees on their lines. sheesh
i am going to be so p——d when our FiOS service goes out. It’s only a matter of time.
