I’ve been trying to get Fios services setup at my new home. It is a new construction home.
Info:
I have confirmed that the services are available but I received two completely different responses from VRZN. First, CSR said no problem, we can dispatch technicians to run cables to house, when I called back to follow up, secnd CSR said oh no, we cannot do that untikl you are ready to move in. The problem is that we need the cables NOW to run connections for the AV equipment before we close the walls. GC says that VRZN in fact can install wires now so please HELP - we need go get to the right person at VRZN that can help with the wire/cable install now. Thanks!!
