Installer caused property damage during installation

Verizon technicians made a huge hole (size of a shoe) in our drywall when they came to install our internet device. It happens, I understand. The problem is that they tried to hide it from us (one technician was standing in front of it while the other one was talking to my wife). Nevertheless, she saw it and we reported it immediately. I called the customer service immediately, who promised me that someone would call me within 24h (case number *****). No one called.  One week after signing with Verizon, we've already been lied to twice!

Then, two weeks later, I reached out to the customer service through the chat, knowing that I could take screenshots of the conversation (which I did): they transferred me to 8 different persons and it took more than 2 hours before someone finally started to care. She remotely took pictures of the damage, she promised someone would call me within 48h, again, and she gave me this case number: *****.

No one called me.
Do I regret getting into business with you: yes. But can you please have someone fix the damage? Thank you.
