Intermittent disconnects with CR1000A?

Hello all, first time posting on here. Been combing through the internet trying to find some help with a very bizarre issue.

My household's devices are experiencing random drops from the router. Phones (on WiFi), PCs (Ethernet) and our XBox Series X and PS4 (also Ethernet) all get dropped at the same time. The event log wasn't being very informative until I checked the Firewall Log, where I found "[FW] IPTABLES [Pkt_Illegal]" warnings firing off at the times of these disconnects. I highly doubt the two aren't related.

Some posts on reddit have suggested this may be due to firmware issues or other issues with the router model itself. We have previously had to get a tech to come out to replace our old router (CR1000B) when that was exhibiting a similar behavior.

I've already tried switching ports on the router, switching the cables entirely, rebooting the router, factory resetting the router. The only thing that seemed to work before was when I ran devices through an ethernet switch into the router, suggesting that there's some problem with the devices being wired directly into the router for some reason?
