I have FIOS 1 Gig service, and it's been pretty rock solid, until recently.
For the last several weeks, I have had an issue where the internet drops for maybe 5-10 seconds, and then picks up again. When I am on a video call (all day), the other person will lose my video/audio, but it comes back after 5-10 seconds.
I thought that it was my router, so I replaced the Verizon router with an Archer A8. At first, it seemed to help, but the problem is now back.
I am on a wired connection, although the Wifi drops as well.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
