Internet is degraded immensely at the same time every day

I have the CR1000A routers  and experience a highly degraded connection EVERY DAY at 11:30pm to 11:35pm like clockwork. This is the error that comes up in the logs:

[SYS.4][SYS] no servers found in /etc/resolv.conf, will retry
[WAN.6][SYS] WAN link down

They replaced the router and it still does it. ARGHHHH!!  Stop managing my router!
