My internet goes out for about 30 seconds every couple of hours. Does anyone know whats causing this? I checked all my cables and router settings. I have verizon fios
Does the router show anything out of the ordinary with the lights when the connectivity is down? Are you seeing this on wired and Wi-Fi devices? In addition, when the connection goes out have you checked the status lights at the ONT (the customer access portion) to see what they're displaying?
