I have had Fios for about 10 yrs in the same location and before that verizon high speed internet .
i have the 1 gig internet speed and i live in a condo yet i have full wifi bars and on 5 GHz but my internet is slow im getting 40 Mbps on speed test.net. I know the gig speed is suppose to be closer to 840 Mbps but 40 Mbps??? Similar speed on 2.4 GHz also.
does anyone know a work around that I need to do to get close to my advertised speed?
I rarely care but sometimes it does get annoying when I’m watching some video and it buffers.
