I had FIOS installed yesterday, I have been trying to connect with someone to ask about returning the modem as I already have a G1100, almost 3 hours now. I selected the option to have them call me, they called me immediately went through a bunch of crap as it wanted me to set a pin and then said every pin I entered did not meet Verizon standards. Finally went to Facebook, the page says "typically responds instantly" and they did respond quickly, but all they do is shuffle you off to the same place that is apparently so poorly staffed or FIOS problems are so great that there is greater than a 2 hour wait. I am seriously thinking about canceling it already.
