Is uploading proof of residency mandatory for a new FIOS Internet account?

Hi, I have created a new account and picked 1 GIG Internet Plan. An installation appointment will be next Monday. Do I need to upload the proof of residency to have my Internet active and ready to use next Monday?

I tried all ways including phone calls and chatting with agents but no one was able to help me out because the Upload function was no longer exist.

Please let me know.
