Issue with extra cable.


We have Verizon cable passing at end of my backyard at 11-13 foot height. we have lot of tree branches on top of cable & in between the cable. I request multiple time verizon to come & cut branches properly so it will not damage verizon cable & we can stay with bug free.  I also request if they don't want to do this job than give us letter stating that if any Damage/breakage happen during the process of branch cutting & maintenance, customer is not responsible. They don't want to take care of either one. They arrange ticket & never show up/cancel the last minute. I have last ticket #  {edited for privacy} . I am tired with their policy. Its like monopoly that they will not listen to any one & do whatever they want to. This is not fair. Need help & support.
