For 2 weeks now I have not been able to make a purchase/deposit or withdraw from my account on valottery.com I've never had trouble before. After many calls and no resolution, I'm really frustrated. I have spoken to a couple of reps who really were trying to help, but most likely what needs to be done to remedy this is beyond their scope to do. Other calls have been less helpful. I've provided trace routes that show my route from here to valottery hits NY, Washington, Iowa, Washington, Washington and then times out on 5 hops before resolving to the site. Valottery simply says they cannot verify that I'm in VA. Since this began, I have heard from a couple of others who are experiencing the same problem, but have not called for assistance as of yet. I would love to get some help on this or hear from others who have experienced similar issues, and what was done to resolve them. Verizon, please help me with this! I'm a longtime customer and haven't had any complaints up to now, but this is making me rethink. Thanks for listening/reading.
