Leaving FIOS

I have been a FIOS customer for about 5 years and a Verizon Wireless customer for much longer. I am leaving both as quickly as I can. My wireless internet has been terrible for about 1.5 months. If you want to talk to someone about troubleshooting you must be willing to wait FOREVER. Because my internet is so sporadic, I end up switching my cell off of the Wi-Fi and then I get hit with overage charges. I am fed up.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
