Lied to about ordering online, got hit with setup fee

My Verizon rep asked me not to sign up online and sign up for Fios through him instead. Now I've been hit with a $99 setup fee that would have been waived if I signed up online, as I just found out. Is there any way to get this waived? I feel scammed and I can see that many, many other people have had this issue with Verizon reps.

Ordering online typically waives the setup fee where a phone order usually generates the fee. The only thing you can do is call 1-800-Verizon and see if a rep can waiver it for you in your next bill.
