Limited Device Icons in Drop-down List

Hello,

I'm using a G3100 and recently noticed the available list of device icons, especially IoT devices, that a user can assign to networked devices has shrunk. Previously I could add a device regardless of whether I've selected the Basic or Advanced tab in the UI and pick from a large list of very specific device icons; currently that list is around ten generics. I assume this shortened list is a "feature update" but thought I'd ask if anyone else noticed it and found a way to get back the missing device icons.

Thanks!

I understand your concern about the reduced list of device icons on your G3100 router. Unfortunately, based on the provided context, it seems that this change is a design feature in the Firmware 3.2.0.15 and not an issue with the hardware.

One possible workaround to access the missing device icons is to look for a Horizontal Scrollbar at the bottom of the Advanced | Devices screen. By moving the bar to the right, the 'Device Details' option should be visible. Alternatively, you can sign into your Verizon account online to manage the G3100 router and access device detail options similar to those described in the user guide.

I hope this information helps, and I apologize if this is not the answer you were hoping for.
