Link to redeem Amazon Echo

I started service in November and received an email in December to go online to redeem my Amazon Echo. There is a small box saying "you can redeem after 12/16/18" but there is no link and no information to click on to move forward. I have chatted twice and called in. Just now I was on hold for over an hour. Finally someone said they could help but then in the middle of asking me questions the line clicked and gone.

So frustrated. My hour of time was worth more than the free echo. Anyone have a fix?
