Losing a customer

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and was going to have my services transferred to my new address where Fios actually is not completely available. I asked that Verizon wait until after I am in my new address to send the equipment needed. The equipment was sent prior to my move in and refused by the previous tennant. I am calling this evening to see if I could have it resent and I am beng told that I need to go out of my way to have the equipment picked up from the UPS store. Since Verizon doesnt think my time is valuable enough after 2+ years with Fios and 15+ years of wireless services. I think I will go with another service provider.
