I was chatting with a representative complaining about how my FiOS internet was constantly dropping. The agent suggested an "upgrade" that would "surely solve my problem" for about 5 dollars more a month I could upgrade from 100 mps to 1 gig and a tech would come out an connect everything and insure everything was fixed and working properly. The internet appears to be fixed unfortunately we have now lost channels that we frequently watched ie. The tennis channel and now Verizon wants 20$ plus per month to get it back. Are you kidding me? The rep never mentioned one word about any changes to our FiOS TV service that would result due to this upgrade....beware. I am extremely dissatisfied.
