Hello,
I recentlyswitched to Verizon DSL and in the beginning (about the first 2 weeks) I had excellent signal strength at 54.0 Mbps. The last 2 weeks that has dropped to a low strength fluctuating between 11 Mbps to 36 Mbps, but mainly staying in the low range. I have ran the Verizon optimizers and of course reset and replugged the modem. I have recreated the wireless connection a few times as well. I have 2 other systems on the network (1 wired and another wireless). The wireless one maintains a high strength of 54 Mbps. I am very curious as to why this pc has dropped off so much. I have also scanned it with MalwareBytes and my Antivirus software. I have also scanned with the Onecare from Microsoft. It is clean and does not have alot installed. As I speak it is sitting at 12 Mbps : ( Any help would be appreciated.

Numbers that say nothing about DSL. Read about WiFi. Learn what happens when your AM radio is located too close to other interfering devices. Appreciate the snow on an analog TV when your antenna is not properly installed. Appreciate why that applies to Wifi and why none of that is related to DSL.
Your Verizon router/ modem talks to DSL on one side. On the other side, it talks to ethernet and Wifi devices.
