I have not been able to manage my internet services in the MyVerizon app for a couple of weeks now. It worked fine initially after the cutover from the MyFios app to this one. Additionally, the MyVerizon widget doesn’t update either. I keep getting an error message that states that my Fios router information is not available. My Gigabit Fios services are up and running normally.
