I've been unable to download the McAfee security software. Every time I try to go to that web page, the page just keep re-loading and does not allow me to get to the link with the software. Any advice? I've tried using both Chrome and
Safari browsers.

Do you have other security software or perhaps adblocking software installed? Any pop-up blockers kicking in? Those items might need to be checked before McAfee Security Suite will download. Chrome usually displays a pop-up blocked icon on the right side of the address bar, and extensions will be under a puzzle piece icon.
For Safari, you may also need to temporarily disable iCloud Private Relay, since some services don't like that. Safari on Windows is multiple years out of date and should not be used, so I'm assuming you're installing McAfee to a Mac here.
