Missed Appointments

My scheduled was appointment on Monday 4/21/25. It was from 3pm-5pm and I had to miss my mid shift just to get this one. They called that morning earlier if the technician could come in at 2pm-4pm and I said sure. I can have them earlier. Already 4pm, no one came by. So I contacted a live agent and they told me that they will not make it today so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and as soon as I did. The technician said they are on their way at 6:28pm. I told the live agent to just forget it since they finally texted me. I waited A WHOLE HOUR, no update. So I contacted live agent again and they told me that they cannot make it. I do not understand because they just texted me they are coming and now not anymore? So I decided to reschedule for Tuesday 4/22/25. 10am-12pm. Of course nothing happened around that time so I waited and waited until I got a call around 12:30pm and when I picked up. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back but took me to automated voice. Talked to live agent and they told me that they will not make it today. THIS HAPPENED TWICE ALREADY? I am completely frustrated and I have optimum, I am trying to switch ISPS but the new window came in and I have to pay the optimum bill for the month. I WAS GOING TO CANCEL IT BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP SO NOW I GOT TO PAY THE OPTIMUM BILL FOR THE MONTH. Verizon, truly I am dissatisfied and disappointed for this terrible customer service. I waited to get your service and now I have to pay optimum today since I need the internet.
