Missing device on Home Network Protection

In the My Verizon app, in the Home Network Protection settings, I mistakenly removed a device from the network and I can't seem to locate it now.  The prompt said "Are you sure you want to remove this device from your network?" No I wasn't sure what it would do, but I clicked remove device.  The text underneath the prompt says "Once this offline device is removed from your network, it'll no longer appear on your device list. You can re-add it at any time."

 

How do I re-add it?
