Moved into apartment and order still on hold

Hello, I recently moved to a new apartment and transferred my existing Fios service. When I tried to activate, I was told the order is on hold. I am unable to contact someone to give me more information or help me activate my service.

I don't think the phone customer service centers are open on Sundays or late Saturdays.
Monday through Friday should be 7am-11pm. This was the pandemic time, not sure it changed since.
Chat and Facebook/Twitter is always 24/7/365.
