I just moved into my new construction house and have been trying to move my Fios service. However whenever I type in the address it says its listed as a business, both of my next door neighbors currently have Fios.
I have called the 1-800 number twice over the last few weeks however I have not been able to resolve this issue, is there another avenue I can take besides calling to fix this? I would greatly prefer to stay with Fios, however I need to get my internet up and running ASAP.
