It has been two weeks and I have not been able to enjoy my ps5 during nights, and my brother can hardly use his computer at night time. They send their technicians out during the day time when everything works, they hardly fixed the situation all they do is check the speed test and then leave. When the problem occurs at night they don’t come to my house to help due to union stuff. So when I call them they usually tell me to reboot the router and that still doesn’t help. Every time a new person calls they all think rebooting the routers help but I told them that it doesn’t work like I did this 50 times already it’s like they refuse to think there’s no other way to fix the solution. One agent told me to go outside in the cold night to check some OT-something box and so I go and it’s like wrenched in and locked so I am thinking…..when did I go to a trade school for this stuff? Why am I as a customer running this entire service as if I am a paid professional? I pay the very expensive fee every month and now you want me to be the tech to go outside and unscrew stuff and check wires? I didn’t go to school for this. This isn’t my profession. So anyway I’m paying monthly for a service that basically stops at night time. Thanks Verizon.
