MyVerizonApp/HNP not showing all devices

I had HNP set up via the MyVerizon App. A device was removed from the network instead of the profile. Now the device doesn't appear in the device listing, so I cannot reassign it, add it to a new profile, or manage it in any way. Only solution to enable internet outside of the profile parameters is to disable HNP altogether, which affects other devices.
BUT, the deice does show when I'm logged in online to Verizon--but it's not possible to manage HNP there. Any way to re-add this device via the app or get HNP to sync with the router and jive with what I'm seeing outside of the app?
