Need Fios cable buried

I had Fios installed 6 weeks ago and still have the fiber optic cable running across my yard. The installer promised it would get buried within 1 week, but it didn't happen. I followed up with customer service, who promised me it would get done within more 2 days, and it still hasn't. How can I get this buried?
