How can I get my address into Verizon database? I have a new construction home and I've been trying to install Fios internet but I keep getting the run around from representatives. Every other house on my street has access to Fios BUT mine, as all other homes are 10-40 years older. I was told by the engineers that my county only has DSL yet I can see Fios wifi users on my devices. The town also has an agreement with Verizon for Fios service for town residents, which I am, but I cannot seem to get access to it. I have been at this for 20 months! Please help!!!
When I input my neighbors' (every address on my entire street) address, their address came up available for Verizon Fos. My whole block is available for Verizon Fios. Has anyone had any success getting their new construction on the map for Verizon?
