Need line buried ASAP

Had a service call over a week and a half ago, and the Tech pulled a new line from the street. Tech said someone would come in a couple days to bury the line, but no one has shown up and no one can tell me when they’re scheduled to come. I keep getting the runaround when I call or chat with customer service. I really need this to happen ASAP since the sale of my house is dependent on the line getting buried. Who do I need to talk to to get an update on this??
