Currently having recurring issues that were present a year or so ago. All new equipment so that can't be the issue. I know the symptoms can anyone switch me over? Last time it was about 98% occupied and I was unable to even get online.
I don't think many from the community would be able to help here, but I know in the past I advised you to visit DSLReports's Verizon Direct forum to get the line moved to less congested gear. If they aren't able to help I can get you to someone who should be able to get it done.
