I've noticed several times over the last few months that my internet access drops off (and then reconnects) starting Friday afternoon until Sunday evening. The issue first crops up with Netflix but it affects other sites as well.
Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hi catsandbats,
Sorry to hear that you're having this issue. When you say that the Internet drops off, are you saying that it disconnects completely from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening? Have you spoken with support about this?
Thanks,
CJ

Have not contacted support as the issue is mainly starting Friday evening my internet connection drops, comes back (within 5-10 min usually), is fine for a bit, drops, rinse repeat. I tried running a tracert just for the heck of it when it dropped out this afternoon and my network packets timed out, hopped at around 700 miliisec than 900 millisec then 3000 millisec then drop then back to 700. (that was a tracert to google.com.)
currently the connection is acceptable but that could change within 5 min.
current tracert:

tracert to netflix which is where I typically notice the issue (I first started noticing the problem around the time that Netflix paid Comcast to increase the speed of Netflx traffic - I assumed it was verizon throttling Netflix in retaliation).
