Never Received Contractor Contact

4 days ago I was supposed to have Fios installed at my location, due to a damage conduit at my apartment they were unable to complete the installation. I was told that I would be receiving a call about a contractor within a day about getting the repair made, I have called multiple times a day over the last 4 days trying to get a status update but no one has been able to help me. I have a ticket number but that has not been helpful when calling customer service. I need internet services but the customer service line has been unable to help or give me any status updates. Fios Home Internet
